I had a sexual interaction on the 28th of March.
The guy came inside the condom but didn't put it right inside of me.
I took the plan B 30/40mins right after and got to know that I was two days away from Ovulating.
I am stressing out as I read that the pill isn't effective when it's before ovulation?
What should I do?
Does Plan B work 2 days before ovulation?

Plan B & Ella One are two different drugs. Both are emergency contraceptives.
Ella is the only emergency hormonal contraceptive pill proven can prevent pregnancy during the 24 hours around ovulation, itself. That doesn't mean it definitely will work, but it has the better chance, according to the information on their website. Plan B has never been proven to do so.
Ella, is the pill I would have suggested taking, if you had an emergency, at this point in your menstrual cycle.
If you want an extra measure of emergency contraception, your other option is to have a Paragard IUD fitted by a doctor within 5 days of the sex, that can prevent implantation.
From what you've said, he was wearing a condom, so pregnancy is unlikely, unless sperm was on the outside of the condom.
