I just need advice or some help I took Plan B 5 days ago my partner said he pulled out but I don’t know if it was quick enough so I took Plan B, 5 days later I have heavy bleeding almost like my period. Is this normal anyone else have the same experience please help!

That is common after using Plan B. It is a side effect, that can occur, from the huge dose of artificial hormone. It doesn't tell you that you aren't pregnant (I have known women who have still become pregnant, despite this happening) so you may want to do a test, to be sure, if your next period is late.
