There is a slight risk of seizures but this is most likely in the elderly, those undergoing alcohol or drug withdrawal, those with a history of a seizure disorder, or with a brain tumor or head trauma.
If your doctor prescribed both the medications they've probably determined that the benefit of the combination outweighs the risk.
