Have been on 20mgs.for 12 weeks now on 30 mgs.for 8 weeks.I see only minor changes.Please can someone give me advice.Linda

Hi Linda. I am feeling the same as you. I have been on 20mg Paxil for 18 years, and was very helpful. I am now 59 and Dr. increased dose to 30mg., exactly 8 weeks ago. I feel a little better, but I can still have some anxiety. Wondering if it needs a little more time to work for anxiety? Maybe we will get some positive feedback. Kris
