Acetaminophen is safe to take with Lexapro. You need to be careful with anti-inflammatories like ibuprofen because of an increased risk of bleeding. Codeine containing analgesics may not work as well if taken with Lexapro. If your back pain is not helped with acetaminophen you should see your doctor.
