I take meloxicam for arthritis, but now have broken ribs. What can I take?
What pain medications can be taken in addition with meloxicam?

Broken ribs? Yikes. A Dr visit is a good idea as broken ribs can be a bit hazardous.
The dr should have given you something for that pain. Something like percocet. All you can add to the meloxicam that is otc is tylenol. You cannot take another NSAID. That means aspirin or aleve would be out.
