Wanted to ask if anyone non-diabetic & having PCOS/PCOD issue taking 0.5 mg doses experienced severe hunger level spike and medicine is doing the reverse of what it is supposed to be doing? I haven't seen any weight loss as well along with good exercise and calorie control.
Ozempic - 0.5mg dosage makes me extremely hungry?

I take Ozempic for insulin resistance and PCOS. I have also noticed an increase in hunger since starting two weeks ago. Seems to be the opposite of what was desired. I plan to stick with it for at least another month.
ya I have insulin resistance too.
Also I am on it for many months now and no change I see except being more hungry. Someone said until I take 1mg no changes will be visible. Not sure if that's true.
