Osteo bioflex pills are way too large to swallow is it okay if I grind them up and put them in my f?

Ray; I have looked in several places and the different types of Osteo Bioflex pills and you look at your bottle well and make sure but I don't see where it is timed released, or anything like that so there is no reason that you can't crush it up. Any dought double check with your Pharmacist.
