If I open an L-theanine capsule and mix it with water will it still work? I have trouble swallowing?

It's fine u can take l-theanine like that I have put the powder in coffee or water or can open the capsule and put the powder under your tongue and just let the powder dissolve

I suggest that unless you have a mechanical defect you learn how to swallow pills. You're at some point in your life going to have to do it. If you can swallow a piece of meat you can swallow pills.

Am the same way don't like taking pills either I usually get the chewy vitamins unfortunately I have to take my stomach med everyday tried of taking them but I have to take them lol
