I took omeprazole for about 20 days and then I stopped because I can't take the side effects. I am off now for about 17 days and sometimess I feel dizzy and feeling weak. Is that a normal side effect? And how many days till I'll be 100 percent fine and back to normal strength? Thanks

It would be highly unlikely.
Remember "correlation does not imply causation'" (Cause and effect).
If your dizziness and weakness continues I would check-in with your PCP to determine what else could be causing those symptoms. You didn't mention any other comorbidites-medical conditions you have. Everything in our bodies is connected in body-mind-spirit. It is good to look at our "whole-self" when determining symptoms.
