I too am on this. I am supposed to be on it for a 6 month period and am experiencing the same... extreme vaginal discharge and a very strong very bad odor. I have done two rounds of diflucan and nothing helps. Is this a normal side effect?

Are you saying that it caused you a yeast infection? If so yeast infections don't have an odor.
