I had my first injection 10 days ago and the pain started in my legs at day 9. I have used Claritin and Tylenol with no relief.

Try Ibuprofen. If that doesn't work, request Oxycodone
Claritin nor Tylenol is going to help with this pain.. I have also received neulasta shots and the only thing that helped me was hydro condone and this is going to sound very strange but my mother and husband wrapped me in ace bandages as tight as they could without cutting off circulation. My arm, legs, hands, and feet. You may look silly but it works tremendously... trust me...
I sincerely doubt claritin is going to do anything for pain. My bf had the same problem he tried motrin but it only took the edge off. Maybe your dr can give you something for it.
Actually several health professional, including doctors, have "prescribed" Claritin for bone pain. It worked for my first shot.
