My aunt said she took epsom salts for ulcers, does this work?

Never heard that one before. See a doctor. Different meds for ulcers depending on location of the ulcer. If ulcers continue get a biopsy.

I don't think Epsom salts (magnesium sulfate) will help treat ulcers. You aunty should see the doctor, if she hasn't done so already, and get other medication which will help heal the ulcer.
