There are no interactions between the two. Considering your need for Plavix, it's probably best to avoid the Mucinex D and DM. Stick with plain Mucinex. Even though they don't interact with Plavix, they can still cause an increase in blood pressure which could be dangerous in someone that is at risk for stroke and heart attack.
