On April 15th I had sex with my GF and I used pull out method. On April 16th my GF took morning-after pill. (Her normal period was on 21th-23th)
Took morning-after pill and missed period for 43 days, normal ?

Are her periods normal? She most likely wasn't fertile when you had sex(ovulation is around 10-14 days before next period). The delay most likely is due to the morning after pill, which is what happened to me and many other women i know. 43 days late is definitely not the most I've heard. I've heard 4 months late before. Take a test though to be sure but I highly doubt shes pregnant considering she was most likely over 24 hours past her ovulation day, she took a morning after pill, and her next ovulation date would be way too far for her to get pregnant.
If her periods are regular then she would not have been fertile when you had sex, so the delay will be the emergency contraception. That's common.
If they are not regular then pregnancy is possible so she'll need to do a pregnancy test.
