I assume you've done a pregnancy test to ensure you've not become pregnant since?
Assuming you are not pregnant, then it is very likely to be a combination of all the hormones.
Plan B is a huge dose of artificial hormone. It can affect a woman's menstrual cycle for weeks or several months.
Taking into consideration the fact that your body is trying to re-balance its hormones from pregnancy, plus the extra hormone in Plan B (& also any other hormonal contraceptives you may be taking), your body just doesn't know what it's doing at the moment.
It's just going to be a case of waiting for your body to sort itself out.
You could use the natural product Agnus Castus (Vitex in the USA) to help your body re-balance its hormones. As long as you're not using any hormonal contraception, then it will help re-balance things for you. You can't use it with hormonal contraception, because whereas H. contraception (like pill, implant, shot etc) works by creating an imbalance in your hormones, so that you don't get pregnant, Agnus Castus works to balance your hormones, so the two would work against each other & you could therefore end up pregnant.
Agnus Castus is also very helpful for other hormonal symptoms, such as PMS
