That's a difficult question to answer because everybody responds differently to medications.
The usual adult dose for depression is 15-45mg/day but some people may find that a lower dose controls their symptoms. It's always best to use the lowest possible dose but you still need the dose that works for you.
I guess the answer is if it works for you then, yes, 7.5mg is sufficient for you but don't be afraid to increase it if needed.
