I've been taking 50mg of Metoprolol about 3 years for SVT (supraventricular tachardia). I split one 25mg for am and pm. Then a full 25mg at night. I started this to help with feeling tired during the day. It helped a lot.
About a year ago I was put on sertraline 75mg for anxiety. I have to take those at night too. They make me tired. Now I almost always have to take a nap if I do any activity during the day. I also struggle with any motivation. I've put on a little more than 10 pounds. I've never been this heavy. I hate it!
Has anyone else had these same symptoms? I do need to exercise. I'm hoping that will help!

Fatigue with Metoprolol is considered a common side effect and Zoloft fatigue is very common.
What I do not understand is that you are experiencing these common side effects which more commonly are experienced at the beginning of treatment with medications, not after such long time.
I suggest you speak to your Dr. there may be an underlying condition.
