Methylprednisolone - is it OK to take ibuprofen I'm in a lot of pain right now, just started taking?

There is no reason you cannot use them both. They are commonly prescribed concurrently for pain and inflammation. Do not exceed the amount stated on the bottle. If your stomach bothers you try eating something.

No don't take it. They are both hard on your stomach and can cause you at the least a mega stomach ache.
