Any advice on taking melatonin 2mg for sleep? I take sertraline 100mg and propranolol 40mg up to 3 times a day when required.

There is a slight interaction between sertraline and melatonin which could cause dizziness and drowsiness... just what you need for a good night's sleep.
You may find you need to increase your dosage depending on your response to the 2mg.
All in all, it seems like a plan.

I’m in 150 mg sertraline and take 10mg of melatonin every night, definitely helps me fall asleep. Hadn’t heard of the magnesium combo but will be looking into that.
2mg melatonin doesn’t do much for me by itself, but I have had great success when adding a magnesium “nighttime” supplement to it about an hour or 2 before I go to bed. Magnesium and melatonin have worked well together for me helping me fall asleep and stay asleep.
