I heard St. John's Word, cough medicines, and other medicines/vitamins may be able to. Does anyone know if this is accurate? I will be needing to take a urine test. I have been drinking a ton of water and working out, I just want to do more to help.

Your cold medicines will actually make you feel hyper, so I wouldn't suggest them... Mary

Also if this is for a urine test, you might not get it out of your system depending on the test, & how long it's been since you last took some. I suggest if you have a problem with benzos, you get some needed help... Mary

Vitamin B and C will flush it right out keep drinking tons of water too.
