Just looking at risks and side effects of both medications, I think that they probably would be a bad combination.
They both raise risk of a heart attack, and Methamphetamine puts stress on blood vessels through constricting them and raising blood pressure while Ibuprofen weakens blood vessels and increases risk of bleeding.
To me this seems like a much higher chance of heart attack and burst blood vessels resulting in aneurysms, hemorrhaging, and ulcers.
Medicine - Would ibuprofen likely interact with methamphetamine?

There is no drug interaction between ibuprofen and methamphetamine. Taking them together is not a good idea, as you point out, as they both have a potentially additive side effect profile, but that is not what a drug interaction is.
Neither ibuprofen or methamphetamine affect the metabolism or absorption, or enhance or suppress each other, which is essentially what "drug interaction" means.
Just because two medicines do not have a drug interaction, does not mean they are necessarily safe to take together.
The other consideration is "therapeutic duplication" where two medicines have the same therapeutic effect, they do not "interact", but you need to be careful taking them at the same time.
