I take Latuda with lithium. Combination works good for me!

Too bad this is such an old question. Personally, I'd suggest Caplyta or Vraylar now.

I would say flupenthixol is good - also known as Dexipol. It's an older type antipsychotic. I haven't tried clozapine so wouldn't know I'm afraid.
