Can you take this med (nitrofurantoin) 1 year after being prescribed? Orig. date 9/30/16 100mg?

Yes I’ve used expired antibiotics when I need them and they still work
Tweet17; yes if you had a doctor prescribe this again it is okay to take this again or more often if the doctor thinks you still need it. Just make sure you finish this up and follow all the directions and you will be fine.
