I have taken both the 37.5 and the 30 mg this was in the year 2000 I'm here to tell you the yellow 30 mg capsule I took is discontinued by the pharmaceutical company that made it and then the only 37.5 tablet that worked it is also discontinued both in n DCs are discontinued the ones that seem like they are available for the 37.5 I know that I tried them in the year 2000 of course and those manufacturers that are available now did not work at all I'm going to find out white yellow 30 mg capsule Phentermine is now made and it is going to be a bugger to find one that works as good as the one I used to take
Well could just not be the right prod for you I myself tried a lot of thing’s and finally found a product called thrive le vel I started using it for a while and then I thought well why not sell it and let other people know my experience with it and how it helped me if you’re interested in it check my link out I’ll try to share my link on here for you if not you can look me up on Facebook under Chris Brittany Kemplin it’s pretty awesome stuff just add me or write me.. I've been using this medication for about 3 weeks and have lost 15 lbs I'm not sure what you're doing wrong but it's something. If you haven't changed your diet and you haven't at least gotten up to do things and stay busy during the day then that's why. It's not a miracle drug but it helps ALOT. I've had two back surgerys and am in a nightmarish amount of pain most days, however, I fight through this and get things done. I started this medication and diet in order to safely have another diet and am committed. That's what it's all about. Commitment and you CAN do it trust me.
Do you mind telling me the imprint on the pill that you use that works manufacturers make every difference
When you say I've used this medication did you mean the 37.5 or the 30 mg and what pharmacy do you get it at or what is the manufacturer or imprint on the pill
I started phemtermine 5 weeks ago
1st week 30 mg capsules and ate all the nutritionist said too
I lose 8 my first week the next month only lost 3 pounds on 37.5 tablets
So Saturday he put me back on capsules
30 in am 30 in afternoon I am so sick to my stomach I stuck to the diet do light exercise and lots of water I’m not sure if the capsule is different from tablet but on tablet I was starving by one all night
Seriously guys change the manufacturer nobody believes me but it just makes every bit of difference these pharmacies change manufacturers all the time and nobody notices it on the pill they wonder why the pills stop working it's not that you're used to them it's just that it's a different manufacturer
I have been on this for almost a month and a half now the first month I was down 21 lbs then so far this month I was down twelve but got on scale today and was up 4 lbs been working out lifting weights and treadmill five days a week and work full-time and cut myself down to 12 to 1500 calories aday don't know what else I can do
I’ve been taking it since July and lost over 100 pounds. I drastically changed my diet (cut out a lot sugar and fatty foods), cut out alcoholic beverages (which was a good thing for me anyway lol), increased my gym/exercise time (30 minutes to 60 minutes and I also talk long steady paced walks), count calories and I didn’t starve myself (eating the right foods is CRUCIAL). I started off with the 37.5 and went down to just half a pill a day. It works but you have to make some serious lifestyle changes (not saying that no one here hasn’t). At the same time though, everyone’s body is not the same and what may work for one person, may not necessarily work for the next. In any case, DON’T give up, you can do it! I went from 286 to 184 in 6 months.
What Phentermine pill have you used that worked and what manufacturer makes it or what imprint is on the pill it would help a lot of people out to know this thank you so much I would really like to know
I drink a lot, and I mean a lot of coffee each day. During the first month I lost 30lbs just talking 37.5mg in the morning and limiting calories to 1200-1500. During the second month I lost another 20lbs. I took 2 months off and started it again and lost another 10lbs.
I drink coffee every day, as a night shift nurse there is coffee in my blood.
I have been using Adipex 37.5 for 6 weeks and am down 20lbs.
There is no secret.
I eat approx 14-1600 calories a day, drink plenty of water and don’t really exercise as my job is work out enough.
As my Dr and nutritionist in their wisdom put it correctly you need to eat to lose.
Prior to Adipex I was eating about 1200calories a day.
1200 is not enough on Adipex. Your body will store all the food you give it because you are burning with out realizing.
If you eat the bare minimum on meds once off you will regain.
At 15-600 now, when I am fully weaned off in about three months I can reduce my calories to 12-1300 and my body will be ok with it
Enjoy your coffee... I sure do
Hello there Im taking Phentermine 37.5 loss 10lbs my first week I assume its water weight but anyway my situation is very close to yours Im a Nurse also I worked 2 jobs 11-7am 7-3pm. I have to have coffee one on each shift. Im wondering if it will slow down my weight loss and possibly the reason for cravings. Im drinking plenty of water so that I dont get Keto crouch this happens usually when your on a Keto or carb restrictive diet sometimes. Should I just opt for the herbal teas instead?
Same here! 2 weeks and I think I've GAINED 2 LBS!! Upped my exercise, watching my calories. Could it REALLY be the coffee? I can't give up my coffee!!
How long does it take to get in your system for weight loss?
Are you sure its the right stuff? Like they said above, you shouldn't be taking 2 a day... did you get it from your doctor? You have to be sure yo have a legit prescription, there are so many websites that sell fake phentermine so you have to be careful!
I have been on phentermine for 3 months and lost 40 pounds ... Don't know what you are doing wrong...
Also take Phen Caps with it ... You might see a difference faster but ask your doctor first ...
What are phen caps???
Will someone tell me what the manufacturer is on the 37.5 that actually works for them and the 30 mg yellow capsule some work some don't and it's very far and few between and it's very hard to find ones that actually work manufacturers mean everything could someone tell me their manufacturers or if it works what the imprint is on the pill
Dear P: You mentioned you are taking 37.5 TWICE a day? If this is so, it sounds like you may be overusing this drug. It is a (drug) mad will not work if your body feels it is abusing it. Individuals that drink caffeine have the same results and need more and more of it to feel the effects. If this is your case, please discontinue immediate and consult your physician.
If you are splitting the 37.5 into two doses and not experiencing weight loss. I too am going through this. I will keep my eye on this post as we may be able to help each other out. I have started an intake log and thinking maybe some foods have too much sodium content, thus weight may be loosing, but inflammation in the body may be absorbing the sodium. There are many factors, I know. If you are a (gym) type individual & are experimenting with supplements, protein powders, etc, they may be interacting with the drug. TRY just eating PURE natural foods.
Stay away from gatorade, etc, that you see gym rats consuming. Hope this helps. I look forward to other comments and suggestions. THANK YOU!
I too have been on Adipex-P for 3 weeks. I only lost 2 pounds. Exercising is not an option for me. I have had FIVE L4--L5--S1 Back surgeries and
ONE C5-6--- C6-7 neck surgery. And I need a disc replacement at C 5-6. My pain manager prescribed Adipex-P 37.5 one half at 6:00am and second half at 1:00pm. I really thought Adipex would have suppressed my cravings for food. Not so much also, I was looking forward to the energy it says it gives you. None what so ever! I find I'm very tired while taking it. Not sure what I'm doing wrong... please help. Please. Thank you
For one thing you're supposed to take it before meals.
