Today is day 7 of taking phentermine and following a low carb diet, I've cut out sugar and everything, only eating whole foods and limited fruit... I workout 3 days a week.. I weighed myself today and I am actually 1 pound heavier. What's going on? Why isn't it working?

7 days is a drop in the bucket, and low carb diets are search fatloss4idiots are a misnomer. More time is needed and the right information and a lifestyle change as well. Be patient and stick with it.
Still. Taking phentermine in conjunction with... Plus working out... I was hoping to have lost a couple pounds by now... I gained a pound. I'm very discouraged...
Again, 7-days you're worries are not valid, stop! It takes time and weight fluctuates day to day, sometimes hour to hour. do the search, the information will open your eyes and success will follow if you follow it.
I have lost 42 but it has taken me a yr. I stay on no less than 70 no more than 125 on carbs.
