I am struggling to see any benefit from this drug. I took half a tablet for a month then I have been on 15mg for two weeks. Please help me realize this is OK, a gradual build up, or it isn’t working?
I am told I will feel ‘so much better'. I feel as if it hasn’t worked. Thank you so much for any input

You were on a very low dose and 15mg is the usual initial dose for most people. It generally takes 2-3 weeks after a dosage increase to feel the effects.
I'd give it a little more time to see if this dose is effective but some people need to take a higher dose up to 45mg/day. Let your doctor know that you don't feel you're improving and you can discuss your options.
