Hi again, Red!
Give it a couple of weeks... you just doubled your dose and that may be a more therapeutic dosage for your anxiety.
I know you're having a rough time but hang in and try not to worry!
From my own personal experience it had little or no effect on my anxiety, in fact it did the opposite. Using more benzo’s will help but are extremely difficult to withdraw from as is mirtapine. I think maybe you should discus this with your specialist. Thankfully i am clean after a long battle.
Updating my post above...
I now am on Mirtazapine (30mg) for two weeks. I have been able to reduce the clonazepam to .125 -.25mg/ day. I have had a couple of episodes of flushing after eating dinner... not sure what the cause.?
If I’m having a good day, I usually don’t need the clonazepam until dinner time. Hope we all have more better days ahead.
