Fluconazole is a 150 mg capsule used to treat yeast infections.
The antifungal medication usually begins to work within the first 24 hours of taking the 150 mg capsule.
It's important to note the symptoms usually take a minimum of 3 days before you notice an improvement in your symptoms.
Overall, it usually takes a week before the infection is completely gone.

It’s very important not to have sex until the med is finished and the symptoms are gone. You don’t want to pass it back and forth.
