Hi, Yana82. I've only used Breo once before (a few yrs ago), and right now I'm using a sampler. If I remember correctly, it started working that 1st day. I've already had 2 doses this time, and I am still feeling awful (chest tightness/constricted airways, no cough, pain like bruise in my chest, and shortness of breath).
I think within at least a few days to a week, it should have started working for you. It's not a rescue inhaler, but it is more to help control and prevent asthma attacks to my understanding. I hope we both find some relief soon. I hate feeling this way. Can't even sleep because I can't breathe very well. =-(
