Hi, you can take them together if you like, but when taking both, halve the daily maximum for each one as your liver can only deal with so much. :-)
You can take it 3-4 hours after taking your last dose of acetaminophen. If necessary, you can alternate the two throughout the day. Just take care not to exceed the recommended daily dose of either one.
