How long after taking my 3 day treatment of terconazole can I have sex?

You can have sex 24 hours after your last dose of Terconazole. However you may want to wait 48-72 hours so that you do not "anger" your already upset vagina.

If you do chose to have sex, remember that Terconazole may weaken condoms and other forms of birth control.

Also after sex make sure you clean your vagina thoroughly and dry it well, with a towel or blow dryer so that the yeast is not encouraged to grow back.
