I am taking diclofenac potassium 50mg daily for last two months and as such i felt no side effect (problem) till today
How long I can take 50mg diclofenac as muscle relaxant?

It isn't a muscle relaxer. Its an NSAID as Mary said. If you need a muscle relaxer you need a different med.

Can I take B1, B6 & B12 for this purpose, if so what should be the ideal dose.
In fact I feel stiffness particularly during and after the exercise.

If its just exercise stiffness, there isn't alot to take. Muscle relaxers are for spasms.
