Answers
Smoking affects everything, smoking raises your blood pressures and lisinopril is supposed to help lower it, so the answer is going to be yes somewhat. It perhaps does not do so directly but there is no doubt that by smoking you are diminishing the benefits of the lisinopril a.d not doing the rest of your body any good either.
