It says they interact with each other but from what I understand it is because linzess may cause diarrhea
Can I take linzess and levithyroxine at same time before my first meal?

No you cannot. Simply because thyroid meds are supposed to be taken on an empty stomach, by themselves, with only a glass of water. You should take it 30 min before breakfast. You can then take your linzess.
