I'm a 2 weeks into starting Lexapro. 1 week at 5mg and just started 10 mg a few days ago. I know that this medication takes time to work. I'm just constantly tired, and feel very out of it almost disoriented, and dizzy And some extra panic and anxiety due to feeling off. I'm really trying my hardest to stick with it but just need some re assurance that this is normal and these side effects will pass. Thank you

If it helps to know….and I know it does….these are very normal and common side effects. You should find them resolving fairly soon now as your system adjusts to the increased dose. Many people begin to start feeling some improvement right about now too.
Hang in there because the worst should be over for you quickly.

Thank you very much!
I'm trying my hardest to stick this out in hopes of feeling normal again. Are headaches normal as well?
