I take medications for acid reflux and blood pressure that must be taken on an empty stomach, so I take them all together 30 minutes before breakfast, which is exactly how levothyroxine is supposed to be taken. Is there any issue with taking levothyroxine at the same time as other medications 30 minutes before breakfast?
Can I take levothyroxine at the same time as other medications?

Levothyroxine should never be taken with other medication as the other medications will stop it from working. Set your alarm clock an hour ahead of you eating breakfast then take your other morning meds 30 minutes later. My mom takes this med and age plays a part of what your intake is an I was told to give it to her 45 minutes to an hour ahead of her other meds. I set the alarm for at least 2 hours before we get up and everything is very stable. She also takes an antacid and is the reason her doctor said 45 mins to an hour.
Even though both Rx have to be taken before breakfast, it is probably not the best avenue for taking them together. I would say 1 hour interval would be better. To be precise, if you take your breakfast at 7am, you can take Levathroxine at 5:30am and then take the other meds at 6:30am.
I read this answer a couple of weeks ago that says Levothyroxine should not be taken at the same time as an antacid. https://www.drugs.com/answers/empty-stomach-mean-medicine-time-3423129.html I would ask a pharmacist just to be certain.
