The best times to take it are in the morning when you normally get up and 12 hours later. The most important thing about this particular drug is to take it with food to make sure it is absorbed properly. Also, try and take it at the same time each day to keep the concentration of medication in your system near the same from day to day.

Thank you for your response helped me out alot,i have another question i am also taking Hydroxychloroquine 200mg is it safe to take it also at the same time with my carvedilol ?? I take the hydroxychloroquine for osteoarthritis!!
