Can anyone tell me what causes bloating? i have been like this for 4 years and take lansoprazole. I had a scan on my tummy october last year and the nurse was measuring what looked like a tear on my right side, when i asked the nurse what she was doing, she just dident answer me. Can any one help?.

Similar to your good self- I changed from Omeprazole due to bloating and wind m. Now on Lansoprazole and it’s slightly improved.
Any tips on reducing side affects would be welcome eg how about Probiotics or wind tablet?

Do you mean if lansoprazole is a natural product? Or if it is okay to take it for as long as 4 years?

It's fine to take lansoprazole for 4 years. Many people take it long term.
