Has anyone tried adding Lamictal to sertraline? Did it help with anxiety, depression and especially OCD?

It most definitely didn't help my major depression (I have zero mania). I can't speak for anxiety or OCD. It was a very "uneventful" med for me... no side effects but nothing else either... haha... it's a mood stabilizer so obviously it's targeting the bipolar folks, to prevent them from going into mania. It helps many for that reason. But no, never helped with depression at all. Has the doctor crossed out bipolar in your case? I think irritibility (maybe anxiety) can replace mania in some cases but I am not sure about that... I could be wrong on that one.
