I have a rash on my ankles after trimming my Pyracantha hedge. Same thing happened a couple years ago. My doctor prescribed this product then and it did clear up. I have a small amount left in the tube and am trying to use it sparingly. Is there any over-the -counter product that I could try rather than going back to a doctor again? My doctor that prescribed it has retired and I have not secured a new doctor yet, Any suggestions? Thank you.
Is there an over-the-counter product similiar to Clobetasol Propionate?

A Cortizone cream along with an anti-biotic ointment would probably do the trick. As I doctor, in my opinion, Cortizone is your best bet. Go ahead and pick up some Maxiumum Strength Neosporin. This would help with any infections and it may also help with any minor pain and itching you might be having.
You can probably try something like Cotizone 10 cream it may help with the rash and if you have any itching. Hope this helps you.
