I have a procedure coming up and cannot take anything that would make my blood thinner and cause bleeding so I wanted to know if these drugs would cause that problem.

Skelaxin (metaxalone) is a prescription muscle relaxant. It is approved for use in combination with rest, physical therapy, and other treatments for relieving the pain associated with short-term "musculoskeletal conditions," such as muscle spasms due to an injury.
Lorazepam is a prescription medication that is used to treat anxiety. Lorazepam is part of a group of medications called benzodiazepines.
Both meds are not used or prescribed as blood thinners, however please seek advice from your doc/pahramcist too.
Take care, be safe & well, please!
