I've been taking this medication 2 weeks and my original symptoms have came back after going away after 10 days. My voice has become hoarse once again and tired all the time once more..

You have not been taking levothyroxine long enough to get your TSH at the right level. Your doctor should have you take blood test every 3 to 4 months and give you the results of your TSH level a week after your blood test. I have been taking synthroid for 2 years and got my TSH at the best level I can now.
