On May 4th had intercourse part way through realized the condom slipped off and was inside me, the person I was with did not ejaculate and I took the Plan B bill around an hour later. I haven't been on birth control in over a year since I was no longer in a relationship (foolish I know). Met back up with this person one thing lead to another. My last period started on April 9th and lasted till around April 13th. For the past 2 or so days I have been extremely nauseous to the point where I am vomiting even if there is nothing in my stomach (usually late at night or early in the morning). I know it takes at least two weeks for symptoms to show, I was wondering would be my risk factor of being pregnant? I'm freaking out, and there is no one I can talk to about this (my family is extremely religious).
Had intercourse condom slipped off no ejaculation. I took Plan B that same day.

If your periods are regular every month, then you'd have been way past the fertile time of your menstrual cycle, & would not become pregnant.
Are they usually monthly?
I am not sadly (I have endometriosis) so I either get it every month or get it every 2 months or so
recently I have been regular for the most part
Well, I expect the nausea will be due to the huge dose of artificial hormone in Plan B.
You still have time to have a Paragard IUD fitted, by a doctor, to prevent implantation, in case the Plan B fails. You have 120 hours/5 days in which to get that done.
In your situation I'd have probably gone for the other emergency pill, called, Ella (Ulipristal Acetate), if available, as, that has more chance of working if you happened to be in the 24 hours around ovulation, itself (it's the only emergency pill proven can work during that time. You can see that on their website. Plan B might, but it has never been proven). As you don't know when you ovulate, it may have been a safer choice, but if you're usually close to monthly, then it sounds unlikely that you would be ovulating.
There was no ejaculation AND you used Plan B, so I'd say you already have a reasonable chance of avoiding pregnancy. Though I can't promise anything.
I started bleeding / spotting on may 9th then had bleeding till around may 15th (did bleed similar to a period but not nearly as heavy as I would normally would). Due to issues with my insurance (i.e. didn't want my family to find out / my sister took my car for around 2.5 weeks). On June 14th I took a first response pregnancy test and it came back negative. Would it be safe to say that I am in the clear or should I take another one in a few weeks just to be safe?
From a male perspective, go to a drugstore where they do not know your family and buy 2 pregnancy tests from different brands, and well, you know the rest.

I know it is too early for pregnancy tests, it was the 1st thought that came to mind.
