Interactions between 150mg Wellbutrin XL and Vyvanse 60mg?

I've been taking Wellbutrin XL 450mg and Adderall 20mg 3x day for over a year and have no problems. I see this was posted 5 weeks ago so I'm curious if you had any problems and what they were. I just came to this site today because I tested positive for meth yesterday at my quarterly psychiatrist visit. I've never taken meth or any street drugs ever and am horrified. I've looked up the possibilities and Wellbutrin showed up as a possibility. I also take Zoloft 100mg. I am looking for a job so I need to find out what is causing this and how do I stop either Wellbutrin or Zoloft or Adderall. My psychiatrist told me it was nothing to worry about but I am freaked out. I'm looking for a job so drug test are in my future.

Oh my goodness! I've never heard of being prescribed both of those medications together. I mean Eacj one treats 2 completely opposite conditions. If I were you, don't take another dose of Wellbutrin until you consult with your pharmacist or doctor
Oh wow. You even had the extended release too. Not cool. But, if you start to feel like you are having a bad reaction, I personally would go to the hospital. Did your psychiatrist prescribe both? Wow! Please keep me posted

You should be just fine. Seizures are very rare with Wellbutrin and usually just in patients who have a pre-existing seizure disorder. You should speak with your doctor but this shouldn't be something very urgent. Just discuss your concerns when you get your call back.
These warnings are meant to alert you to the possibility not the probability.
If your doctor prescribed both these medications it's because they have determined that the benefit outweighs the risk.
