I have id'd LU/E13 pink capsule as my med - amlodipine/benazepril (5/20mg)
When i open the capsule there is white powder & a small round white pill with a 2 on it that i can not ID from your list. Is that pill one of the drugs?

It is possible or it may be a release mechanism. It is meant to be swallowed whole and not taken apart in any means.

Most likely it is. I've seen other meds do that that way.
