The Abilify has expired11 months ago. Is it safe to still take. I need to get back on my meds and cannot yet get to a doctor. Please help.

Hi, Pamlee! Drugs are usually good for quite some time past expiration if they've been stored properly (i.e. in a dark, dry area) although they may have lost some potency. Otherwise, they are safe to take as far as there's no harm in doing so.
I'd suggest calling a pharmacist but drugs are generally good for one year. Hope it works out for you.
