Also the Ibuprofen pills are 800 mg, the valium are 5mg & the tramadol are 50 mg. It says the valium i can take 1-2 times every 6 hours, ibuprofen 1 every 6-8 & tramadol 2 pills twice a day but i need a system where im not taking the ibuprofen & tramadol at the same time unless it's advised that i do.

You should not take Tramadol without your doctors approval.
If you are in severe pain you can safely take the Valium and Ibuprofen 3 to 4 times a day along with Tramadol in the morning and at night.
In other words you can take all your meds together in the morning and at night, and at lunch time take the Valium and Ibuprofen.
If by late afternoon (5pm ish) you are in pain again you may take and extra dose Valium and ibuprofen again.
It is worth noting that the combination of Tramadol and Valium may make you drowsy and light headed so make sure that you are not driving or needing to do anything important that requires concentration.
