The pain and the open sores are unbearable! I opted to stop the use on the 14th day, is this enough time to have a positive effect on my cancers?
I have used Fluorouracil cream 14 days, is that long enough to have a proper effect?

The prescribing literature says that fluorouracil cream should be used for 3 to 6 weeks and as much as 10 to 12 weeks for skin cancers while keratosis only requires 2 to 4 weeks of treatment until the inflmmatory response reaches erosive state.
Based on the literature, if you are using the cream for cancer, you haven't used it long enough. I would contact the prescribing doctor as soon as possible and discuss the response you are having to this cream.
