I have been on 8mg Toviaz for one week. I can't seem to tell any difference in the number of trips to the bathroom. Does anyone know how long it takes for Toviaz to start working? What is the maximun time that I should wait?

According to my urologist, it can take 4 weeks of taking Toviaz for it to kick in. I've been on it for 4 days and although my symptoms are not gone, I have improved. Just be patient; I think it varies from person to person

It is not working for pressure at all. Two weeks and I feel worse. Shaky, rapid heart rate, and vertigo is awful.

I have been on 4mg for 2 weeks. I actually began to see a difference at the end of the 1st week. I have much more control and less trips to the bathroom. Not a health professional; may not be for everyone, but it has worked for me.

The doctor gave me 2 weeks of samples of the 4 mg. and 2 weeks of the 8 mg. Because my symptoms were severe, I started taking the 8 mg. 4 days ago. It has started working.
Try to get samples if you don't want to pay $372.00 for a 30 day supply (and that is with insurance).

I have been on Toviaz 4 mg for one week and it seems to be working, but
I am having vertigo and unsteady walking intermittently. Druggist told me it
can cause dizziness. Anyone else had this problem?

Dr. Have me in Toviaz 4 mg. On april 4 2018. I took it for 21 days. The first week. Dry mouth. Nose blead. Continue with a bad constipation. Dissines. Headache. By the 21 days i had a real bad pain in my vein side on my neck. I needed to stop. Go back to Dr.who put me on Myrbetriq 50 mg. I having worse problems now. Uti. Dissines. Heaviness in the bladder n still going often to pee. My first complain was cramps. Uti feeling. Going every half hour. Dripping after going. Most. Worse was cramping. Uti. With not infection.

Yes, I have been on it for 4 days and I noticed this morning that I was unsteady on my feet and had vertigo. To me that side effect is worth it because the day before I scheduled an appointment with the urologist, I went 80 times in 13 hours. Try sitting down and the dizziness and vertigo will pass.

Yes, I noticed that today and yesterday morning. I was unsteady on my feet. Try sitting down for a minute; that seems to help.

If is to work I think you should see a difference in 2 to 3 days. I would suggest you give it one more week and then see the doctor.
